What it is
The skill form of the customer lens: at every project or feature kickoff, it interviews me about the target customer and persists the answers as a persona block in the project's agent instructions, where every later verification can find them.
Why
Asking “who is this for?” once, at kickoff, is cheap. Discovering the answer at review time — after the copy, the flows, and the checks were all built for nobody in particular — is not.
How I use it
Feature kickoffs on an already-bound project need only one delta question — same customer, or different here? The persona block gets pasted verbatim into review prompts so the walkthroughs run as a specific person, not 'a user.'
