Multi-owner calibration
The taste interview captures one person. A team has several owners who disagree.
What's missing
Today the interview binds one person's judgment to a surface. At team scale, standards are held by a few people who don't always agree, and the system has no way to record two owners or resolve a conflict between them.
Why
A binding that silently reflects one voice gets overridden in review by the other — which puts the calendar back in the loop, the exact thing the interview exists to remove.
How I'd build it
Extend the interview to accept more than one profile per surface: run it per owner, diff the answers, surface disagreements as open questions for the owners to settle together, and persist the resolution as the single binding with a named tiebreaker.
