prompt-coach
Decodes what I actually meant, asks only the load-bearing question, and shows me the tighter prompt — then proceeds without waiting.
What it is
A personal coaching loop that runs on terse or ambiguous prompts. It decodes the real intent in one line using a key built from my past corrections, asks only the single load-bearing question, shows me the tightened rewrite of my own prompt, and proceeds in the same turn.
Why
The expensive failure isn't a wrong answer — it's six round-trips of building the wrong thing from a terse prompt. Decoding intent in one line and asking one load-bearing question collapses that to a single exchange.
How I use it
The decode-key is the interesting part: every time I correct a misreading, the correction becomes a new row — my phrasing mapped to my real intent. Over sessions the questions get rarer and the interpretations get better. Convergence toward 'it already knows what I mean' is the goal.
Get it
The whole method is downloadable and adaptable — skills/prompt-coach/SKILL.md inside the zip. Start the decode-key empty; it earns its rows from your actual corrections.
