sync-claude-sessions
Scans recent session transcripts for my corrections and turns them into candidate rules — input for the improvement engine.
What it is
A scanner over recent session transcripts that extracts high-signal corrections — the moments I said 'that's wrong' or 'you missed' — and analyzes them into candidate rules and recurring patterns. It never applies anything itself; it feeds the improvement engine.
Why
My corrections are scattered across dozens of parallel session transcripts. Scanning them on a schedule recovers lessons that would otherwise be trapped in one session's history — the raw material the improvement engine runs on.
How I use it
Scheduled alongside the improvement engine. The separation matters: extraction is mechanical and safe to automate; changing the standing rules is judgment and stays gated.

The whole method is downloadable and adaptable — skills/sync-claude-sessions/SKILL.md inside the zip.
